Essien Game of Hope
Michael Essien who aims to provide Hope & Inspiration to people around the world has chosen 8th of June 2013 as the day for a repeat of the Africa 11 v World 11 football match In 2011, as Peace Ambassador for the African Union, the game was dubbed as the 'Peace Game'. This year it will be the 'Essien Game of Hope' as he looks to raise funds for five charities (to be selected) in Ghana.

Michael unveils playground for Awutu kids

Micheal Essien (Founder) and Hon Michael Gizo (Chairman) of the Michael Essien Foundation were in Awutu Breku on Thursday 14 June to unveil a playground built for the kids of Awutu

The play ground is part of Michael's commitment to the kids of Awutu and the 5 year plan which is steadily being fulfilled in this part of Ghana.
